1. Service Agreement
This Service Level Agreement ("SLA") and Terms of Service govern your use of Zynq Rewards digital gift cards and reward point system. By initiating a purchase, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Digital Goods Delivery
All digital gift cards are distributed securely. Zynq Rewards reserves the right to verify the identity of the purchasing entity before delivery. Digital gift card codes are single-use and bound to the purchasing account.
3. Points Allocations
For clients utilizing our reward point tools, billing is processed immediately upon invoice authorization. These are classified as strictly non-transferable digital goods.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall first be submitted to mediation before any litigation is initiated.
