1. Physical Goods Returns

If we ever ship physical promotional items, they may be returned within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. A 15% restocking fee applies to all open-box non-defective returns due to logistics costs.

2. Digital Goods & Gift Cards

Due to the irreversible nature of digital gift cards and reward points, all sales of digital goods are final. Once an invoice is paid and the digital gift card code is generated, no refunds can be issued under any circumstances.

3. How to Request Support

If you encounter issues with a digital gift card, contact our support team with your order reference number. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
